Upcard

Privacy Notice

Upcard: Word Solitaire (“Upcard”, “the game”)
Effective 31 August 2026

This notice explains what information is processed when you play Upcard. It is written for store listing and in-game display. The publisher of the store build (“Publisher”) is the controller of any personal data described here. For requests, use the contact on the Upcard: Word Solitaire store listing. We do not collect a name, email, or postal address inside the game.

1. No account

You can play without creating an account. We do not operate a player login or cloud save.

2. Data stored on your device

The game stores progress only on this device (or this browser profile), including: current job, ink balance, boost counts, daily grant date, revive count, kinds ledger, language, sound, vibration, music, personalized-ads choice, and Quiet press if purchased. This is needed to run the game. You can remove it by deleting the app or clearing the site’s stored data. The in-game Reset control only restarts the current job; it does not wipe all records.

3. Advertising

Rewarded video ads may be shown for hints, wild, undo, extra moves, revives, or ink unless you buy Quiet press. Ads are served by the store’s advertising partners (an ad SDK). Those partners may process a device or advertising identifier, coarse technical data (device type, OS, app version, approximate country), and ad performance (shown, completed, clicked) to deliver, measure, and combat fraud. This can involve processing outside your country, including by partners that apply their own notices.

4. Personalized ads (your choice)

The Personalized ads switch in Privacy settings is your instruction to the game and, where the SDK allows, to ad partners: On — partners may use an identifier to tailor rewarded ads. Off — we request non-personalized ads; ads can still appear and you can still watch them for rewards, but they should be less tailored. Buying Quiet press turns rewarded ads off in the game. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers in the device system settings.

5. Payments

If you buy ink, Quiet press, or other items, payment is handled by the store (Apple, Google, or the web store). The Publisher does not see your full card number. The store’s refund and purchase rules apply.

6. Children

Upcard is a general-audience word game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the digital-consent age). If you are under that age, play only with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided data, use the store listing contact and we will delete device-tied records we control where we can identify them.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell your play data. We do not ask for contacts, photos, or precise location inside the game. We do not require an email to play.

8. Retention

Local records stay until you delete the app, clear site data, or we replace them with newer progress. Ad partners keep measurement data under their own periods.

9. Your rights

Depending on your country (including the EEA, UK, and similar laws) you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, object to personalization, or withdraw consent for personalized ads (the switch above, or store/device settings). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise rights, use the store listing contact and say which device or store account the request concerns. We may need enough detail to find the relevant record. Deleting the app is the fastest way to erase local game data on a device.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. The effective date at the top will change. Continued play after an update means the new notice applies to later use.
