Upcard

Terms of Use

Upcard: Word Solitaire (“Upcard”)
Effective 31 August 2026

By downloading, opening, or playing Upcard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play. The publisher of the store build (“Publisher”) grants the licence below.

1. Licence

You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the official store or hosted build on devices you own or control. The name Upcard, job content, word lists, stamps, art, sound, and code stay with the Publisher. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer except where the law forbids that ban, rent, or redistribute the game or its lists.

2. Age

You must meet the store’s age rules and the age in the Privacy notice (13, or 16 where that is the digital-consent age). Below that age, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise.

3. Play and virtual items

Jobs, trays, tags, the kinds ledger, ink, boosts, and revives are entertainment. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be changed, capped, or withdrawn. Daily grants and move budgets can change. Losing progress because you delete the app, change device, or clear data is your risk; there is no cloud save.

4. Purchases and ads

Optional purchases (including ink and Quiet press) go through the store. Prices, taxes, and refunds follow that store’s rules. Rewarded ads may be required for some hints, wild, undo, extra moves, revives, or ink unless Quiet press is active. Ads are provided by third parties; the Publisher is not responsible for advertiser sites or offers.

5. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, attack the service, or use the game for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to a build or refuse support if these terms are broken.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Publisher disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The game may contain errors, be unavailable, or lose local data.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost progress, ink, or purchases beyond what the store refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded (including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited).

8. Privacy

The Privacy notice is part of how the game is offered. Personalized ads follow the in-game switch and, where applicable, store and device settings.

9. Changes

We may change the game or these terms. The effective date will change. If you continue to play after a change, the new terms apply to later use. If a change is unacceptable, stop playing and delete the app or site data.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country or state where the Publisher is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Support and legal notices: upcard.word.solitaire@mail.ru.

11. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy notice are the agreement for playing the store or hosted build, together with the store’s own terms that apply to download and payment.
